This PR update GTCEu to the latest version, it is compatible with Modular UI 2 3.x version (maybe useful for some mod which dependent with Modular UI 2 3.x in the modpack, e.g. Sophisticated Backpacks).
This PR has an unresolved problem, please see Core PR #28, this is caused by
CoilManagerAPI from GTCEu.
