CONTROLLER: Allow sprinting on controller with A/Cross#221

Sprinting was not previously possible on controller. Now by pressing A (Xbox controller) or Cross (PlayStation controller), controller players are now able to sprint.

While in-game, connect a controller (Xbox or PlayStation) and press the sprint button (A or X(cross)) while moving. This will allow those on controller to sprint, which was previously not there.
