- Use single sample file for Excel-tests (3 sheets)
- Introduce TOffice4DTests ancestor class to set path to sample files only once
- Introduce TExcelLayoutTests class (tests read/preserve background colors, merged cells and column widths)
- Add shared formula support
- Add support for indexed colors
- Fix styled empty cells lost on save (self-closing elements not written or read)
