- accumulate ParamsPartial events for Write tools instead of replacing fragments
- append params fragments on both batched and direct tool-event paths
- dispose FlowChatManager listeners and batcher during HMR to prevent stale event handlers
- keep completed file previews compact during automatic collapse, while preserving full diff height after manual expansion
- add focused tests for Write params batching, HMR cleanup, and file-card preview height behavior
