Fix HTML output examples to use text-bg- prefix (matching actual output since Bootstrap 5.3 support). Add documentation for using non-theme background colors via the skip option.
Add @extends annotation to FlashHelper to satisfy psalm's MissingTemplateParam check. Remove now-unnecessary missingType.generics ignore from phpstan config.
