Integrates the full local/private FlowChain L1 stack from agent PRs #110-#117. Includes contracts settlement/bridge spine, local node runtime, control-plane API, crypto wallet envelopes, local bridge-credit handoff, workbench console, hardware signal simulator, and HQ acceptance docs. Validation already passed locally with npm run flowchain:full-smoke, including service tests, crypto tests/vectors, Foundry contracts, local devnet runtime, multi-node local-file reconciliation, workbench build, control-plane smoke, bridge local-credit smoke, and hardware smoke. This is a local/private testnet stack, not production mainnet or audited real-funds bridge deployment.
