Syncs Crowdin translations to remove leftover English text and align vi/pt-PT/zh-CN/uk-UA locales across core and plugins. Fixes missing or wrong strings in settings and plugin UIs, closing the Sys “Skip confirmation…” localization ticket and completing the Vietnamese UI cleanup.
