- Promote pino-pretty to dependencies (was devDependencies, skipped by npm install -g, caused 'unable to determine transport target' crash on Windows and any global install) - Logger gracefully falls back to JSON output if pino-pretty is still missing instead of crashing; LOG_PRETTY=false silences the warning - README Ollama Quick Start now self-contained: shows TIER_* and FALLBACK_ENABLED=false, with both bash and Windows cmd snippets - Bump version 9.0.2 -> 9.0.3 Reported via outreach feedback — user hit three sequential crashes following the existing Quick Start. Fixes the actual root cause (missing runtime dep) plus the docs gap that masked it.
