✅ Result: Standardized motion across the site by centralizing animation definitions in
lib/animations/variants.tsand wiring reduced‑motion handling into shared variants and motion primitives. Refactored page and component animations (home, team, contribute, docs, projects, navbar, search, notifications, builds, and UI primitives) to use the shared variants or motion components instead of inline animation objects. Added new reusable variants for common patterns (list staggering, pop/blur/rotate, hover/tap behaviors, marquees, skeletons, path drawing, toggles, and mobile panels) so the UI remains consistent, maintainable, and respects reduced‑motion preferences everywhere.
