Description 📖
This pull request adds a new "Performance Problems" section to the troubleshooting guide.
Background 📜
Because of the way Vite Ruby proxies assets through the Rails server, this can lead to significant performance problems in development. See #569.
The Fix 🔨
This isn’t really a fix, but it provides some helpful information to work around the issue for now.
