The type value is `conventional-monorepo` and when specified it will apply the conventional commit parser to a monorepo environment. This parser has specialized options to help handle monorepo projects as well. For more information, please refer to the [Monorepo Docs](https://python-semantic-release.readthedocs.io/en/stable). * docs: add configuration guide for monorepo use with PSR * docs(commit-parsers): introduce conventional commit monorepo parser options & features * docs(configuration): update `commit_parser` option with new `conventional-monorepo` value
