The end goal of this PR is to provide a way to just extract any framework sample app to a specific location to have it already up and running.

The end goal of this PR is to provide a way to just extract any
framework sample app to a specific location to have it already up and
running.
Right now I just started with php 7.3, but we can eventually add each PHP version we like.
You can extract any application into the
/apps/my-app/and you will be able to reach viahttp://localhost:5678/73/my-app/http://localhost:5678/<PHP VERSION>/my-app/(soon)
