When looking at dnnsoftware/Dnn.Platform#6206, I noticed that
overflow: hiddenon the collapsible was affecting whether the right click menu could display.This PR sets
overflow: visiblewhen the collapsible animation is complete, resetting it tooverflow: hiddenwhenever the collapsible is animating or the collapsible is collapsed.
