I have no idea what this means. This doesn't affect transfers that are still done with proxies, or is even needed to still do transfers with proxies? And does this require a specific version of the fts3 package?

It means that FTS will not try to renew the token you give it. We have been running like that for a while, it just somehow did not make it properly to the release. And it's been in the API for a while. No, proxy transfers are unaffected |
