I've made some progress with the bibliography. We still need to strip out the figures. Also need to check that the resulting format is what plos wants |
* add flag for corresponding author * fix template * insert generated list of contributors into text

bah, since the sections have no numbers we cannot refer to the sections. We will need to rethink that. |

Use nameref for PLOS, as they use unnumbered entities

getting started with adjusting the text for plos submission
Not working is the bibtex stuff. This needs some investigating.
