This makes DRUNTIME_LIBRARY_UCONTEXT better match the D module checking if cet has been enabled on x86* when deciding if there is an assembly implementation for fiber_switchContext. Signed-off-by: Andrei Horodniceanu <a.horodniceanu@proton.me>
