- Implement WebSocket client for real-time auction participation with reconnection and message buffering
- Implement HTTP client for auctioneer service interaction
- Develop mock auctioneer implementations (WebSocket and HTTP) for testing
- Replace generic anyhow::Error with domain-specific error types
- Add comprehensive test suites validated against mock implementations
