A real user asked how to update after repo changes — and the FAQ's "How do updates work?" answer had two gaps:

  1. No /reload-plugins step. The install section calls skipping reload the Reframe to any-repo + rename skills; harden audit integrity #1 gotcha, but the update answer omitted it — so an updated-but-not-reloaded session silently runs the old version.
  2. No lazarus-forge — the answer predates the forge plugin.

Now a clear two-step answer (update all installed plugins → reload), with a /plugin list pointer to verify the SHA, and the release example bumped to v0.5.0.

The 'How do updates work?' answer predated forge and omitted the
reload step the install section calls mandatory — a real user hit
exactly this gap. Now: update all installed plugins, then
/reload-plugins; plus a /plugin list pointer to verify.
