Proposed changes
Adds a new stylesheet option and alphaTex metadata tag to active hiding of empty staves. The options generally are similar to what MuseScore provides.
Out of scope for this PR and feature is hiding whole systems when all staves are empty. alphaTab will force the first staff to be visible if all staves are empty.
