Changelist

In this PR I implemented the Practice TDD exercises for Sprint 3.

The following functions were implemented and tested using Jest:

• countChar
• getOrdinalNumber
• repeatStr

Each function was developed using a Test Driven Development (TDD) approach, where tests were written first and then the implementation was completed to make the tests pass.
