I added a Tweet button to the project page, that auto-populates with the #HackforChange hashtag and @CodeMontage Twitter handle.

Thanks for this contribution, @JakeWengroff! 👏 🚀 We definitely want to allow users to tweet projects from our site and spread the word for open source they're passionate about. Instead of the Twitter widget button, we'd prefer to use a button that matches our existing design. A contributor wrote a nearly-there submission, including the project Twitter handle, at #358. If you'd like to, you can check that version out and possibly adjust it and resubmit. In the meantime, thank you for taking the time. 😄 |

It would be great for the tweet to auto-populate with the project Twitter handle, but I cannot seem to make that happen.
