In this adjusted code:

I've created a separate AdvisorCard component to improve readability and maintainability.
Adjusted some class names and font sizes for consistency.
Added alt attributes to the <img> tags for accessibility.
Removed unnecessary containers and adjusted the layout to be more responsive.
