cache-controlheader is present in https://www.googleapis.com/identitytoolkit/v3/relyingparty/publicKeys. I had not supported x509 certificates until now, but now that there is demand for them, I support them.honojs/middleware#912
I have added x509 implementation support to ensure compatibility with environments where the
nodejs_compatflag is not enabled, allowing it to be used without requiring thenodejs_compatflag to be activated.
