This PR introduces a complete UI overhaul for the Welcome Page and improves user experience across the authenticated (protected) pages. The redesign aligns the interface with a more modern, clean, and consistent visual style using TailwindCSS theme variables (background, foreground, accent, etc.).
It also adds a global footer for all protected pages.
Welcome Page Redesign

• Fully redesigned the landing/welcome page for a more polished, modern look.
• Improved layout spacing, typography, and color system.
• Added Tailwind-based color tokens (bg-background, text-primary, bg-secondary, etc.).
• Updated hero section visuals.
• More accessible button styles and hover transitions.

Footer Integration

• Added a global footer to all protected pages (Layout component).
• Footer now sticks to page bottom using flex layout.
• Updated footer color scheme to match the theme variables.
