This pull request adds new content to the deep learning section of the documentation, specifically focusing on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. The most important changes include adding a new LSTM overview link to the neural networks index and creating a detailed LSTM documentation page.

Additions to neural networks index:

• docs/algorithms/deep-learning/neural-networks/index.md: Added a new link to the LSTM overview, including an image and description.

Creation of LSTM documentation page:

• docs/algorithms/deep-learning/neural-networks/long-short-term-memory.md: Added a comprehensive guide on LSTM networks, covering the objective, prerequisites, inputs, outputs, architecture, training process, evaluation metrics, code implementation, advantages, limitations, and applications.

But after careful consideration, we have decided to close the Algorithms/Libraries section, as most submissions are directly copied from AI tools and lack originality.

Additionally, this approach does not provide meaningful learning opportunities for AI/ML enthusiasts.
