[SSF 228] - Pantry & FM Application Frontend Updates

Closes #228

📝 Description

• Redid the format of both the pantry and fm application pages
• Made migrations to remove, add, or alter columns in each according to the ticket/new pdf design for pantry application
• Updated all types and entities that changed throughout the repo as a result of this
• Updated editable pantry/fm applications in the profile, as well as their detail pages that admin view to reflect the new format

• Verified all pages showed proper information
• Verified both applications submitted correctly
• Verified all tests still passed
• Verified migration and revert both worked
