I'm still not sure if schedutil is the right choice, but LGTM otherwise.

What would be the alternative? I dont know how good intels schedutil is nowadays, but with amd-pstate guided it was pretty fine. |

The current profile on battery-balanced makes laptops extremely laggy, opening links in a browser from the terminal introduces massive lag on my machine. Lets keep boost on and balance_power.
