This pull request adds Hebrew translations to the CachyOS Package Installer. The translation file follows the Qt TS (Translation Source) XML format and provides Hebrew translations for the application's user interface strings, menu items, buttons, and messages. While most strings are translated, there are 13 entries marked as unfinished and 3 vanished entries that contain leftover Slovak text from the template file.
Changes:
- Added new Hebrew translation file (cachyos-packageinstaller_he.ts) with translations for MainWindow, ManageRemotes, and QObject contexts
- Provides translations for most UI elements, error messages, and user-facing strings
- Contains some incomplete translations marked as "unfinished"
