Support Pi4 and 3B+

This adds support for Raspberry Pi4 and Pi3B+

following are the usb-port identifiert, "left-top" is bad-drive, all others are good-drive for use with circlean. Special case Pi Zero/ A+ with USB-Hub: 1-2 bad-drive, 3-5 good-drive
