docs(mbe): add implementation docs to IBM

There are some small typos, I'd say run it though AI to fix them all.
Also add a note about the BIND there.

Fix typos. Not adding a note about the BIND. We encounter issue with it because we are playing around with different env variables during IBM integration and accidentally commented it out. It is not commented out by default.
