Add raw inputs and outputs to PSBT fixtures to make them more complete and easier to analyze. The raw data includes transaction hashes, indices, scripts, values, and addresses. Split the current fields into dedicated 'inputs'/'outputs' for raw transaction data and 'psbtInputs'/'psbtOutputs' for PSBT-specific data. Issue: BTC-2650 Co-authored-by: llm-git <llm-git@ttll.de>
