Summary

• Adds a CLAUDE.md file at the root of the repository to provide project-specific context and conventions to Claude Code
• Covers the full tech stack, project structure, key conventions, available scripts, and environment variables
• Documents all patterns Claude should follow when generating or editing code: naming, imports, styling (UniWind, no dark: modifier), UI state, API (Hey API), forms (TanStack Form + Zod), i18n, navigation, TypeScript strictness

Test plan

• Open the repository in Claude Code and verify that project conventions are correctly suggested (imports use @/, no dark: classes, FlashList instead of FlatList, etc.)
• Verify that no user-facing strings are proposed without i18n keys
