Description
This pull request adds support for Apache Spark 4.0 with Scala 2.13 to the Azure Cosmos DB Spark connector. It creates a new module azure-cosmos-spark_4-0_2-13 with the initial beta release (4.43.0-beta.1) that provides compatibility with Spark 4.0.0 and Java 11+.
Changes:
Created new azure-cosmos-spark_4-0_2-13 module with Spark 4.0 specific implementations
Updated CI/CD pipelines (spark.yml, spark.databricks.yml, ci.yml) to build and test the new module
Added Spark 4.0 dependencies to external_dependencies.txt and parent pom.xml
