Restructures tests/ into tests/unit/ (one file per operation in the
formal-semantics.md catalog) and tests/integration/ (parametrized over
tests/fixtures/{positive,negative}/). Test cases were derived from
formal-semantics.md only; spec ambiguities are flagged as
`pytest.skip("UNCLEAR(spec): ...")` and catalogued in
tests/SPEC_GAPS.md.
Adds a session-autouse Operation registration fixture in
tests/conftest.py (replaces sys.path hack), pytest config in
pyproject.toml with `unit`/`integration`/`network`/`sparql`/`ldh`
markers, and pytest>=8 as a dev dependency. Live-service markers are
deselected by default.
Tightens `Str.execute()` and `SELECT.execute()` to enforce the spec's
Strict Type Checking property — the new tests caught both as silently
accepting non-Term/non-URIRef inputs.
