Input to Disable Tooltip #80

Love this project, - wishing there was a way to disable the tooltip through an input directive. (suppose a user wanted to turn off tooltips) My workaround is to change the event to press dynamically and keep the duration at 0 and this seems to work but feels sloppy. Great work!
