[Bug]: ACF Custom Post Types config doesn't work

What did you do?

I registered a custom post type via ACF. That custom post type is configured to use HWP Previews. Going to a draft post and selecting "Preview" results in the WP Preview page.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected it to be previewed in my front-end as configured.

What actually happened?

Normal WP Post Previews.

Confirming, I can replicate the bug. @ahuseyn has created #375 to cover CPT.

Root cause is a priority issue with hooks

1. Plugin is loaded
2. We initialise the hooks class which then gets the post types
3. This means ACF hooks are not fired so we do not have the CPT in the allowed post types
4. We then mark the post type as not allowed so this is why the link isn't working

The solution would be to only get the post types once ACF is fired so doing a small refactor on this. We will have a PR later today to resolve this issue.
