chore: Previews install and uninstall UX Considerations

Overview

As per @moonmeister suggestions we should look at the user journey on when they install and activate the plugin but also consider when they uninstall.

We should consider some options around

• Asking user some questions to update settings
• Add a configuration (like wordpress-headless-login) do they want their data deleted on uninstall and then fire a function on de-activate to delete the configuration data
