We assembled a document that summarizes key articles about voting, so that new designers can start with an understanding of voters. The latest version from 2016 is here:

Please review all of these previous and new articles, write brief summaries, and organize the key articles you think every designer should read into a new "Voting Research, Summary of Key Finding" Google document that all new designers should read. It might be helpful to include a table of contents in this new document.
