[Peer to Peer] Synchronization problems

Problem 1: When A gets the "yes" from B and redirects requests to B, B gets overloaded.
Problem 2: When A gets the "yes" from B and C also gets "yes" from B.
etc etc

There would be some sync issues when we test this system with a lot of requests.
