xorg is planning to rebase itself back 2 years just to get rid of the commits of the xlibre developer. This self destucttive behavior motivated by politics and whims should be addressed.
Alternative xservers like xlibre should atleast be available in void repos incase of drastic changes instead of the "wait until the dust settles" stance the void devs have taken.
ps: my post was not motivated by political stances or beliefs. This is just a discussion.
