Icons in **Detached** Project Explorer options are bigger after DPI change #529

Description:
When detaching "Project Explorer" and moving to different monitor (250% to 150%) the icons looks bigger.
How to test:
- Start the runtime workspace on secondary monitor (250%)
- Drag the Project Explorer tab to primary monitor (150%)
- Click on three dots on the right
- Look at the icons present in those options.
