Add new plots to visualization.

Consider several files from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10NZYAhAIy7SbCftCvEtM5ZSiL3hClK7l, e.g. inverse features and 2024-08-19 Feature and parameter space plotting of predicted classes.

• Copy these files to Working folder.
• Check what plots are done there and not in visualization.
• Add the new plots (e.g. unscaled) to the visualization.ipynb

Added all necessary pickle data files and restructured code and data files to accommodate the GitHub file structure.

In order to import feats_df_unscaled to github, I had to implement LFS (large file storage). Before running any code please run

git lfs install
git lfs pull
