Add Community Add-ons page

Since the Community Add-ons section is growing, it might be a good idea to create a dedicated page for it, with lazy loading, sorting, filtering, and clear category separation.

We could keep the current section on the homepage, or showing only the top 10 add-ons, with a View more button linking to the full page.
