Main Application in openshift-gitops namespace is not being reconciled when manualSync changes #506
Description
If we add / change only the Pattern.spec.gitOpsSpec.manualSync of the Pattern instance, the operator doesn't reconcile the main Application in the openshift-gitops namespace. Only changes that affect the App's .spec.source or .spec.sources trigger the reconciliation.
The issue is here.
I'm going to create a PR to fix it
