<p>前年的 <em>Decay</em> 被很多人推說是當年饒舌最佳專輯之一，不過其實我有點聽不太懂；這張我就比較能理解了，然後也看到有人說這張是 Fatbou Sharif 的生涯新高點。第一首歌 “Battlestar Galactica” 應該是整張專輯裡面聽起來最像傳統嘻哈歌的，有點像 JPEGMAFIA 在 <em>Veteran</em> 裡面的歌，但在這之後的歌就變得有點怪了。許多的工業環境音，還有歪斜扭曲的 bass line ，節奏也很片段，感覺是把 boom bap 的 boom 跟 bap 都拿掉，只留下被消除的節奏聲殘留的迴響。Sharif 在饒舌的時候也似乎完全不想要去強調節奏起伏，而是就是跟著拍子唸一些宇宙恐怖之類的東西。像是 “The Exorcism of Antoinette”、 “Mosquito Stock Trade” 跟 “Closed Caption”，比起嘻哈更像是 Ben Frost 做 spoken word music。</p>
