How to integrate Serena MCP tools?

so basically to setup the Serena we need to provide the "pwd" as an argument, which if we put it on the .utcp_config.json it might pointed out to the where .utcp_config.json exist right, as I want to make this as global ones, if possible. (so I only define ones MCP Servers)

otherwise, is it possible to put the .utcp_config.json in the project level instead?
