Allow for storing crash logs locally

The problem

Occasionally, the browser just crashes and while I've tried to solve it, I can't find any way to reproduce it and the crash logs are just missing because there is no way to store them

Possible solutions

Enable sending crash logs to google and block the domain the crash logs are sent to.

What would be the use for those logs? Building a browser with debug symbols would allow for easier debugging.
