Unique Buzzer Tones Based on Vehicle Status

Following Issue #23 with the Buzzer Interfacing. Having connection status and whatnot be "displayed" on the drone via a buzzer tone would be really helpful for debugging purposes. For example, if a connection is picked up, having the buzzer play a specific tune would allow us to know if mavctl is properly connected to the flight computer without having to actually view the terminal output.
