Can't update filter lists on Firefox for Android

• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

I'm trying to update the filter lists in Firefox for Android. Clicking on the clock turns it into a rotating animated thing for a minute, then the clock shows up again and the number of used rules doesn't change and is lower than the available number of rules in the list.

"Update automatically" is checked and the "update all" button is disabled. Unchecking "update automatically" doesn't enable the button.

Cookie notices started appearing again after I attempted to update the cookie notices rules. The number of used rules in the "uBlock - Cookie notices" list is 4 out of 5553 and doesn't go up when I click the clock.

Please help.

No particular URL, this is a settings issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open settings
2. Attempt to update lists by clicking on the clocks.

Expected behavior

Lists are updated and the number of used rules of the list equals the number of available rules in the list.

Invalid issue - not a bug. A duplicate of:

• #3467 (comment)
• #3231 (comment)
• It seems some filters are not used gorhill/uBlock#2174
• EasyList Not appearing to work "0 used out of 62,821" gorhill/uBlock#1553

In short: "uBlock - Cookie notices" appears twice in uBO.
And in one of them duplicate filters are always automatically removed by uBO.

It's not supposed to disappear, even after the filter list is updated the clock icon is always there, instead of disappearing it changes its color to green as the indicator that the filter list has been updated, it disappears only after disabling a filter list. You can get more familiar with its behavior by reading the documentation: Dashboard:-Filter-lists

Because you enabled "ignore generic cosmetic filters": ignoreGenericCosmeticFilters: true, like stated in the documentation:

Ignore generic cosmetic filters : (...) This option can be enabled on very low-end devices, but mind that some filter lists (EasyList Cookie for ex.) rely on generic cosmetic filters a lot, so they may pretty much stop working.
