Cannot ssh into RPi after connecting Create 3 to Wifi

Expected behaviour

After connecting both the Create 3 and Raspberry Pi to Wifi, I should be able to ssh into the Raspberry Pi, access the Create 3 web server (without needing to put it into Access Point mode), and I should be able to see all the topics on both my user PC and on the Raspberry Pi.

Actual behaviour

On my router, I can see the Create 3 is connected to Wifi, but I cannot see the Raspberry Pi, nor can I ssh into it. I can't access the Create 3 web server unless I put it into access point mode.

1. Create the Connect 3 to a 2.4 Ghz network
2. Check your local router, see if you can see both the Create3 and RPi on the network

Other notes

This all started after I connected the Create 3 to my 2.4 Ghz network, before that, I was able to ssh into the Raspberry PI (although I could not see the create 3 topics).

When I connect a keyboard, mouse, and monitor to the raspberry pi, I see (via turtlebot4-setup), that my Wifi settings are configured correctly, but when I do "ip a," the wlan0 section is not showing an IP that I can ssh into.

Thank you for reaching out on the Turtlebot 4 Github page. I am very sorry to hear that your unit is not meeting expectations. I have the following questions/recommendations regarding the current setup of the Turtlebot:

• Prior to connecting the Create 3 to the network, were you able to connect the Raspberry Pi to the network and was it assigned an IP address?
• Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the Wi-fi settings page in the Turtlebot 4 setup utility?
• If you access the Create3 server over ethernet, are you able to verify that an IP address appears in the Connect Tab?
• Are you able to view a list of devices connected to your network? If so, are you able to verify that both the Create 3 and Raspberry Pi are connected?
• Does this network have added security features, such as MAC address whitelisting?
• Is the Raspberry Pi still able to connect to other networks, such as on generated from a mobile hotspot?
